As we reflect back on 2019, it has been a pretty good year at Perficient.
In addition to endless client wins, several partner awards, and unstoppable growth, our employees are thriving. And, oh yeah, there was that big bell moment, too.
The end of the year is a great time to check-in. Time to reflect on what you’ve learned and determine what you want to improve on for next year. (Do you have your one-word strategy planned yet?)

2019 was a year of growth for the Perficient team and we’re not slowing down!
We certainly grew as a company, while colleagues grew their skill sets with experience and grew their careers with innovation.
Perficient employees freely shared how they learned new skills (and how you can, too!), attended some unique events, and disclosed why leaders should be humble.
We celebrated Women in Tech, analyzed SCRUM, launched Design and Drive, and used our technical skills to inspire tomorrow’s innovators.

Always Celebrating Perficient Values
We are guided by our values. Always top of mind, we revealed our secret sauce, how collaboration helps us do our job, and why Perficient just feels like home.
An Immigration Specialist talks about the role integrity plays in her work and a Managing Principle explains how we create mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.
Overall, we proved we are all better together because our success always comes back to our people.
Perficient Gives Back
Over the past twelve months, Perficient colleagues supported the local tech community, showed off our hacking skills, and got our green (and our recycle!) on as the sweet sounds of Gloria played in the background.
We wrapped presents for kids, sent gifts to deployed soldiers in Atlanta, and lit up the night for St. Louis’ Children’s Hospital. We built a house for Habitat for Humanity, cared for hundreds of grateful animals (must-see pics!), and biked numerous charity rides, even the Katy Trail!
Not stopping there, we ran miles for local charities in Chicago, made over 500 sandwiches for The Sandwich Project, cooked and cleaned at La Casa Norte, and doubled our American Heart Association support.
Colleagues got crafty making 34 handmade beds for animals for the Anti-Cruelty Society and showed off our food-art skills at Feed the City. The Toys for Tots charity drive was a huge success, with the final Perficient count being 65 toys, $100, and one big ole’ teddy bear.

Perficient Team Fun
Spending time together as a team is critical for bonding and camaraderie. It fuels the idea that while it is work, it’s also our lives, something Perficient takes very seriously.
That said, we made sure to give thanks to each other (paired with some wacky gifts, of course), feasted with our families, and celebrated our diverse cultures.
In St. Louis, over 70 colleagues tried bowling, resulting in three solid puns and one fancy trophy. We opened the door to show inside our Cloud Platform Services and Salesforce teams, toured the Bozeman office (stunningly pretty), and learned about the Silicon Prairie in Fargo.
SoCal proved they know how to work hard and play hard, and the Minneapolis team beat the winter blues, took home the gold, then went on a boat!
Work So Good it Earns Awards
We know we have a great place to work, but it’s always nice when others recognize it, too.
Our teams shared what it means to work at an award-winning workplace and why Perficient is the best (and it’s more than just our awesome parties). We were named the Best Place to Work not once, but twice, while others considered us a Top Workplace (actually lots did).
