Life at Perficient

How Collaboration Helps Colleagues and Clients

Our Perficient colleagues share how they live and breathe our core values. Here, Tanya Prater, Partner Specialist, shares with us why teamwork and collaboration within Perficient benefits everyone, from colleagues to clients.

I have so many great interactions with the people I work with. Perficient has such an outstanding culture and atmosphere. Every single person is able and willing to help you. I am truly excited and happy to be part of this company.

We have to collaborate to be successful. Perficient has a broad set of services that we offer. As such, one person can’t know about everything that we do here. Collaboration between sales teams, technical resources, and more, enables us to provide more depth and knowledge to our clients.

The fact that we can bring in expertise from many different areas of the business for a customer, rather than them having to piece together knowledge from multiple resources can be extremely valuable and allows us to stand out as a company.

Lending a Hand

The cooperation between colleagues that I’ve experienced here has been extraordinary. Shortly after I had taken over a new territory, a planned vacation kept me from accessing a meeting with a potential new client. In my absence, a team of my colleagues not only put together a presentation and attended the meeting in my absence, but also filled me in afterwards on next steps. This teamwork makes me proud to work for Perficient and exemplifies our commitment to doing what’s best for our clients.
