Tip: Dashboard Page for CIP Account Analysis in Cloud Projects

When standing up a new Cloud Projects environment some of the analytics are not ready for prime time. There are a few steps that need to be performed before they will work. One in particular is the Dashboard Page for CIP Account Analysis.

If run out of the box, the Dashboard Page for CIP Account Analysis will complete in error (summarized below):

ERROR

Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65P
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 43113. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 43119. [nQSError: 43119] Query Failed: (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 14025. [nQSError: 14025] No fact table exists at the requested level of detail:

This error is due to extensions not being enabled. Once the process has  completed you’re not quite finished. As with all things in Cloud Projects you must (once again) update project performance.

This will clear the error and you can successfully display the Dashboard Page for CIP Account Analysis from Assets.
