Celebrating Perficient’s Recognition as a 2023 Top Workplace USA

Perficient was recently honored as a 2023 Top Workplace USA, which recognizes companies nationally for their people-centric work culture.

Our teams around the world are committed to creating a unified, inclusive culture that supports and celebrates one another, and this award honors the impact that our people and company are making on a global scale. Earlier this year, U.S. colleagues were invited to share their experience about working at Perficient in a voluntary survey with Energage, an employee and research technology firm. The results were then compared against the Top Workplaces benchmark, which resulted in Perficient being ranked 12th in the nationwide lineup – making us the highest-ranked digital consultancy in our category.

This achievement is no small feat, and it’s unique in that results are solely based on the feedback of our colleagues. We’re proud to add this tremendous recognition to our growing list of company awards, which also includes recent top workplace recognition for our St. Louis, Ohio, Minneapolis, Chicago, and Atlanta offices.

Our team recently sat down with colleagues from across the world to learn more about their experience working at Perficient and what makes our company a top workplace.

Perficient is a global digital consultancy with locations across the world. No matter the time zone or location, each day we show up with fresh ideas and a positive mindset that drives innovation for the world’s largest enterprises and biggest brands. It’s inspiring to see the passion and dedication that each of our colleagues bring as they accelerate the growth of our clients, partners, and business. “The reason I’m proudly Perficient is because of the work that I get to do and the people I get to work with,” said Justin Racine, director, Commerce. “It’s so important to me to work with people that you have a good relationship with, but also work with people who are just as inspired as I am to do good work for our clients.”

Multicultural competency and understanding are critical to our success. We’re proud to offer three Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) – Women in Technology, the Giving ERG, and Cultural Connections – that afford colleagues the opportunity to create meaningful connections while supporting their professional development. Additional resources like the LiveWell@Perficient program help colleagues prioritize their wellbeing and support one another. For Lorena Fernandez, project manager, Argentina, the chance to build relationships with global colleagues makes her proud to work at Perficient.

“Being a part of Perficient gives us opportunities to grow and learn, while also interacting with different partners and people around the world,” said Lorena. “We have different employee groups, and we’re also trying to improve the connection with different people and contribute to society.”

Our colleagues have always been generous, kind, and committed to building a better world. From community outreach events to providing mentorship through efforts like our Bright Paths Program and partnership with the Mark Cuban Foundation’s AI Bootcamps, colleagues routinely use their time and talent to give back to our communities.

The contributions of our colleagues truly do make a difference and serve as an example to others of incredible leadership. “I am proudly Perficient because I know that the work that I do matters,” said Felicia Johnson, portfolio specialist, Experience Design Sales. “It is not just about how I am measured, but it’s also about the contributions that I make even outside of that. I am looked upon as somebody who is a leader and can think for themselves and speak for others when they cannot speak inside the organization.”
