A Variety of Growth for Everyone Resources to Support Every Colleague

Perficient continues to develop new and expand existing Growth for Everyone programs to help colleagues understand their potential and explore the opportunities ahead of them. Take a look at some of the professional and leadership development resources currently available for Perficient colleagues.

Career Paths  is a resource colleagues can use to answer questions related to their career growth while outlining the stages to achieve their professional goals. With several dozen roles across our global company, Career Paths helps colleagues visualize a path forward in their career progression and what skills they should focus on if they’re curious about moving to a different role at Perficient.

Updated monthly, Leadership Corner features topical videos and articles that colleagues can use to accelerate their career growth. Colleagues can also share their best leadership advice for inclusion in the next month’s edition of Leadership Corner.

0dc53a15 6d5f 484c 8623 Bfeabfe7512aConsultant Curriculum is a professional development program specifically created for Technical and Business Consultants consisting of self-paced programming designed to help build important skills for professional growth. Colleagues are grouped into cohorts and complete role-based courses, instructional videos, articles, and assignments outlining the soft skills needed for their next role.

This professional development program groups participants into cohorts as they complete modules, monthly training sessions, and individual assignments that discuss leadership best practices.

865785f4 F48d 4d0e A2ce Bc2add402a3bLeading With Impact is the flagship program for new/newer global people leaders that includes curriculum focused on building leadership capabilities and fostering relationships with direct reports. Through this program, nominated and chosen participants spend six months understanding what it takes to be a successful leader while growing new skills to bring to their team.

In addition to the resources above, colleagues can also use our Career Development Planning Workbook to better understand themselves, explore career options at Perficient, and set strategic, attainable career goals. All Perficient colleagues also have access to Perficient Academy, our on-demand learning platform with training materials they can access to develop their skills at their own pace. With content created by Perficient subject matter experts and third-party partners like Adobe, Salesforce, and Udemy, colleagues can find training material that match their professional interests.

Perficient colleagues can also develop their leadership and project management skills by joining a committee in one of our three companywide Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Women in Technology, Perficient’s Giving ERG, Perficient’s Cultural Connections ERG.
