Employees who used to meet up for bowling, mardi gras parties, and game night are now celebrating in different ways.

There are lots of ways to get involved at Perficient.
Colleagues now engage in philathropic and social activites through technology like video calls, Microsoft Teams, and social media. Virtual happy hours have themes like Show-and-Tell or just have fun using Teams to play Pictionary. There was even a virtual retirement party! Just one of the employee committees in St. Louis, the Green Team, changed to virtual events, too. While touring the local recycling facility won’t happen in 2020, colleagues didn’t miss the opportunity to share their quarantine sustainability best practices tips and participate in an online plastic-free challenge.
“I personally want to extend a huge shout out to all the individuals who are part members of our Social, Giving Back, Onboarding, Green Team, Fitness/Biking Committees,” recognizes Jason.
“The extra time that all these committee members put in to create amazing events and programming is extremely appreciated and a huge reason for the awesome culture we enjoy out of St. Louis.
