Read this TechCrunch article. Make sure your company’s executives read it, too. According to Google, for the first time ever, more people are performing Google searches on their mobile phones than on their computers. If that doesn’t tell you the digital landscape has changed, I’m not sure what will make you believe it.
I tend to use Google as a barometer for all things digital. In this particular instance, these new statistics reiterate the fact that all life sciences companies need to ramp up their mobile activities to ensure they’re enabling clinical research professionals to work on the go, and reaching patients and consumers through the channels they expect to use for communication.
