With nearly 20 years of experience, Carolyn has led various marketing and content development initiatives, including roles at IBM and BMC Software. She holds a B.A. from Connecticut College, a Master’s in Technical Communications from Northeastern University in Boston, certificates in marketing from Northwestern University in Chicago, and a certificate in poetry from Washington University. Carolyn lives in the Bay Area, California, with her husband and young daughter, and enjoys traveling and learning new languages.
