Empowering Voices and Celebrating Achievements: Our Journey to Top Workplace USA 2024

Earlier this year, our colleagues participated in a voluntary survey conducted by Energage, an employee and research technology firm, to share their experiences at Perficient. The survey results were then compared against the Top Workplaces benchmarks. Based on the results, Perficient ranked #26 on the top 100 list of large employers in the U.S. – a tremendous recognition and acknowledgement of our people-centric, collaborative culture.
The results are solely based on the feedback from our colleagues, and it is truly an honor to be considered as not only a thought-leader in the technology space, but also an employer of choice in the eyes of our people. Our Employee Resource Groups
Much of our success is built on multicultural competency and understanding. That is why we take pride in providing four Employee Resource Groups (ERG) and an Innovation Group (IG). These communities provide our colleagues the opportunity to create meaningful relationships while enhancing their professional development.
- Cultural Connections ERG– takes our colleagues on a journey in exploring, understanding, and advancing the cultural differences that help shape our workforce and perspectives. The group’s mission is to cultivate a culture of inclusivity and allyship throughout Perficient around the globe. It’s a group that celebrates multiculturalism.
- LiveWell ERG– aims to support colleagues in achieving better overall well-being. More specifically, the group aims to support employees with their overall wellness in three key areas: Health (mental, physical, emotional), Relationships (work, friendships, family), and Finance (personal finance, retirement, life event planning).
- Perficient’s Giving ERG– is made up of colleagues who are dedicated to growing and celebrating philanthropy. Through the Giving ERG, we aim to inspire action and generosity while making an individual impact on the world and in the communities where we live and work.
- Women in Technology (WiT) ERG– is an active and passionate community where women and their allies can share ideas, find resources, and support fellow colleagues. The group’s goals are to promote educational resources and career growth for the women of Perficient and facilitate networking and connection for women, peers, and allies.
- Generative AI IG– aims to drive innovation, connection, and community with Perficient’s clients, colleagues, partners, and investors about the emergence of generative AI tools and capabilities, and the impact these technologies have on businesses today.
Community Outreach
Perficient’s commitment to making the world a better place is second to none! Our colleagues’ take advantage of opportunities to mentor the future leaders in the industry. A few examples include:
- Bright Paths Program: An initiative where the brilliance of students shines. Through our partnership with Strayer University’s Hackbright Academy and DevMountain, we’re creating relevant learning experiences that prepare students for the workforce, and further drive innovation and growth in the technology industry.
- Mark Cuban Foundation AI Bootcamps: Perficient’s award-winning partnership with the Mark Cuban Foundation allows us to host impactful Artificial Intelligence (AI) Bootcamps for high school students across the country. Our colleagues have a strong passion for making a difference in their communities, and partnering with the Mark Cuban Foundation to advance STEM education has been an incredible experience for all involved.
- Electrifying the Future of Automotive: Through this program, our colleagues empower college students to design, build, and race cutting edge formula racing cars, including electric vehicles. All 13 of our partnered teams share our dedication to advancing automotive innovation, so it is an honor to support these students in their mission.
