The Recipe for Success
The winners of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® are chosen based on two factors. First, each company must fill out a profile that outlines the organization’s business, benefits, and culture. Employees from each company are then asked to complete a comprehensive, anonymous survey that enables them to rate their company on similar factors. Each company is ranked based on both steps to determine the winners, and the top companies are defined as follows:
The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more. – Best and Brightest
A Resilient Culture
The team in our Chicago office consists of an incredibly close-knit group that has a passion for giving back, working hard, and having fun! When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in early 2020, they didn’t skip a beat and quickly transitioned their culture to a virtual setting. Check out some of the activities they hosted over the past year:
- Tested their brains with a team trivia night
- Went green with a virtual Green Team meeting
- Confronted the PPE shortage with a DIY approach
- Hosted a virtual fitness challenge called “Miracle Miles”
- Participated in Perficient’s Make a December Difference Campaign with a virtual food drive
The Perficient culture can be found in all of our offices around the world, and our teams in Atlanta, St. Louis, and Minneapolis have already won similar awards this year. We can’t wait to see what the rest of 2021 has in store for us!
