The Forrester report took an in-depth look at each service provider’s strengths across three categories: strategy, current offering, and market presence. According to the report, “Strategy, process discovery/analysis, and citizen dev support were key differentiators,” and DPA service provider customers should look for vendors who not only provide a large array of heterogeneous process automation tools, but who also provide supporting technologies such as process mining, modeling, and documentation, and offer services and methodologies to support best practices for the adoption and use of DPA for their clients.
Perficient’s approach to automation focuses on the intersection of process orchestration, RPA, and AI. We achieved the highest possible score in the innovation roadmap criterion, which is within the strategy category, and were listed as a “Contender,” as we’re still building our process discovery/analysis and citizen developer capabilities.
