HLTH kicks off today, Sunday, October 27, and runs through Wednesday, October 30, at MGM Grand in Las Vegas. 6000+ senior leaders will unite across the entire health ecosystem to reimagine and reshape the future of healthcare. Many of our customers are leading sessions on how their respective organizations are forging ahead with new solutions and strategies to improve healthcare for their members, patients, and providers.
Taking Your Digital Health Experience to the Next Level with Adobe
On Tuesday, October 29, at 1:30 PM PT, I’ll lead a workshop in Adobe’s booth #121 on Delivering Omnichannel Experiences in Healthcare. Stop by to learn how healthcare providers and payers are converting prospects to patients and members using voice assistants with Adobe Experience Cloud.
Voice search, or similarly, voice assistants, are here to stay. In the coming years, voice will play an increasing part in the way consumers engage with businesses. How many questions have you asked Siri or Alexa in the past week? If you haven’t, you’ve certainly overheard someone else firing off questions faster than a trained transcriptionist can type.
This rise in the use of voice search increases expectations across industries, including healthcare, and directly impacts how members and prospects interact with your organization (or want to interact). Imagine if your members could get answers to questions on their specific plan and coverage options by merely asking a question. These answers could be in the form of text or even videos. During the demo, I’ll show you how this can work leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud.
Additionally, I’ll share how to personalize the experience for plan members across the omnichannel. This includes the use of a voice assistant alongside Adobe Experience Manager, as well as Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, and Target, to better manage experiences, improve engagement, and ultimately increase conversions.
Even better, I’ll explain how you can quickly scale this all. Because Google, Microsoft, and Amazon have already built out the infrastructure, you don’t have to spend a ton of time, effort, and money integrating voice search and improving your experiences.
