Quick update for those of you attending Dreamforce ’13 in a few short weeks.

Perficient (and our clients) will be featured in two different Dreamforce sessions this year:

Service Communities: Delight Customers & Build Lasting Relationships

Join us to learn how Communities enables businesses to provide a range of stellar customer service experiences, whether it’s an efficient self-service community or a high touch, white-glove community for customers with premium support plans. This session will feature a customer perspective, along with a product demonstration.

Greg Walker from MobileIron (a Perficient client) will be discussing how they use Communities for servicing, supporting, and engaging their customers.

The Future of Mobile Customer Service with Esteban Kolsky

Join leading industry analyst and customer expert Esteban Kolsky to find out what is going on in the world of mobile customer service. We will discuss the latest trends and actions in the market, profile use cases and case studies, and provide you with a simple 1-2-3 framework on how to get started with customer service via mobile interfaces.

I will be participating in the panel representing the broader consulting world and talking about our experience with mobile service at Perficient. Two of our clients, Activision and Kabam, will be talking about their experiences as well.
