Creating a Winning Work Culture
Colleagues across the country came together to add another accolade to Perficient’s growing awards list. In 2019, we ranked as a top employer brand in Detroit, Orange County, Minneapolis, St. Louis (twice!), and Chicago!
After evaluating employee feedback on workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, this huge achievement bears testament to the power of our amazing colleagues to be ranked among the best in the nation.
There’s More to the Real Bottom Line
At Perficient, we list “People” as one of our most important values. This is directly tied to the incredible range of talent we bring on as colleagues and the promise we make back to our people: our employees, our clients, and our community.
Knowing our success starts at home, Perficient continues to focus on ways to develop the employee experience. Earning awards that acknowledge Perficient as a top workplace is especially meaningful to help attract top talent that we need to deliver world-class solutions for our clients.

Time to Celebrate!
After attending awards luncheons and dinners with the other winners, it was obvious the real celebration would be shared with the people who create the day-to-day experiences that make Perficient a top place to work. Whether it be cake and champagne or off-site arcade celebrations, our teams proved they know how to celebrate each others’ successes.

“This is a first for us in Southern California and serves as a testament to our local culture and colleagues, as well as Perficient’s commitment to fostering an inclusive, employee-centered culture where we strive to support and learn from one another.” – Henry Heisler, General Manager, California
“Perficient provides many opportunities for our employees to get involved in leadership projects outside of their daily job functions. For instance, many of our team members spend time giving back and volunteering in the community. Other colleagues help coordinate amazing social events that help build culture and foster networking. Others are focused on growing their skills through leadership training and mentoring their peers through career counseling. The recognition is a testament that our employees are truly excited about working at Perficient. It’s all about building relationships and making an impact in each other’s lives.” – Jason Hudnall, General Manager, St. Louis
“We have a tremendous team here that really goes the extra mile for our customers and their enthusiasm, work ethic, and innovative ideas are what keeps me going every day. I’m proud to be associated with this excellent group of people.” – Joel Stanesa, General Manager, Detroit
