From a definition standpoint, immersion workshop may combine words you know so you can infer what it is, but I want to give you some insight into how Brainjocks defines and approaches immersion workshops (without giving away too much of the secret sauce obviously).
Immersion workshops are how Brainjocks kicks off website redesign or re-platforming projects. These workshops can range anywhere from 1-3 days (or more if needed) and allow Brainjocks to fully immerse with a client to understand objectives, project requirements, state-of-the-state, etc. For our teams (Brainjocks and a client) to work successfully on a project together it is important that we make your goals our goals and that we peel back the layers of your business so that we can understand it inside and out (just like you do!)
Why do we care about immersion workshops?
If you are engaging with Brainjocks, you should care about immersion workshops because not only is it how we like to kick off projects together, but it’s an opportunity for our teams to hit the ground running and discuss key topics face-to-face. Spending 2-3 days together discussing everything from business goals and objectives, to audiences and integrations, we immerse ourselves with our clients to know their business inside and out. From the immersion workshop, we identify areas that require deeper exploration, allowing us to thoroughly understand and document all requirements for a successful project and launch together.
Why do we conduct an immersion workshops?
