Digital Transformation in Retail Using Microsoft Dynamics 365

On the Microsoft Dynamics 365 blog, Ed Kennedy from our partner Episerver analyzes the use of Dynamics 365 combined with eCommerce platforms to improve the retail experience. He writes:

  • Increased customer loyalty and sales
