One of the perks of implementing Release 11 for your Fusion Cloud instance includes all the great new features that come with the Oracle Internet Expenses application. Last week I discussed the innovative Mileage Tracker, and this week I would like to present to you the ability to map your corporate card to your OIE Mobile App on your smartphone device.
You may be wondering why this feature is so great, so let me tell you. Downloading your corporate card transactions to the Mobile App gives you the flexibility to tag which expenses are personal and which are business, the ability to eliminate duplicate expenses from being submitted within the app, and of course the ability to quickly and easily review and submit expenses from your phone. The app will actually do the eliminations of the duplicate expenses for you, which is an efficient feature for those who don’t want the trouble of having to double-check each expense.
Who wouldn’t appreciate the smartphone doing all the hard work? Life just seems to be much easier for those who utilize the OIE Mobile App, so I think it is a great topic to discuss with any and all clients. I believe it is beneficial to all that use it and is really a fine example of yet another great Oracle product. I look forward to discussing even more great Oracle products in the weeks to come.
