As Oracle customers, partners, and developers head to Hollywood (Florida, that is) for ODTUG’s 2015 Kscope conference, the key topics include strategic approaches to analytics and equity management, with two sessions featuring Perficient experts.
“When it comes to enterprise intelligence, there are numerous data sources to oversee. The challenge lies in sifting through what’s significant and interpreting results in meaningful ways that yield action and improved performance,” said Emil Fernandez, Vice President of Perficient’s Oracle national business unit. “Ensuring information is linked throughout an organization and backed by reliable, innovative technologies can ultimately streamline processes and ease the responsibilities of management.”
Shiv Bharti, Practice Director of Perficient’s national Oracle Business Intelligence practice, will speak on “Actionable Data: Mastering the Hybrid Analytics Mix.” His talk addresses the multiple approaches that organizations have used to consolidate data from multiple cloud and on-premise applications and to perform seamless analytics across the data sources. Bharti’s presentation is scheduled for 9:45-10:45 a.m. Tuesday, June 23.
Kirill Bannikov, a Certified Oracle EPM Implementation Specialist, will discuss the often overlooked and complex topic of subsidiary equity in “Equity Elimination in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management.” Bannikov will cover a number of topics including the use of roll-forward dimension, calculation of cumulative translation adjustment on inter-company investments, tips on building consolidation rules, and setting up necessary validations at the top entity level. Bannikov is scheduled to speak at 9:45-10:45 a.m. Wednesday, June 24.
As a Kscope15 Silver sponsor, Perficient experts will be available at Booth No. 207 to discuss customers’ technology needs and overall strategy of Oracle applications through leadership, user experience and integration assessments that apply to all product lines. Booth visitors will learn how Perficient can help map business processes against Oracle technology to deliver profitable, customer-centric solutions.
