Perficient partnered with this organization to guide leveraging Red Hat OpenShift capabilities. We helped the organization deploy a PaaS solution supported by an end-to-end continuous delivery pipeline.
In addition to standing up the OpenShift platform, we also assisted in re-architecting several core sales and membership applications to demonstrate how to leverage the cloud based architecture components. This allowed elastic scale within these applications and supported multi-tenant deployments for several of the applications.
Since implementing these capabilities and improving processes, the organization has succeeded in decreasing developer onboarding time and increasing speed to market. We also successfully guided teams through fundamental paradigm shifts to deliver cloud and DevOps organization wide.
