On Tuesday, 7 May at 4:00 EDT, I will be presenting at the 2013 Summit conference of the Society for Technical Communication (STC). I will be talking about how to effectively communicate user interface and interaction design to project team members and stakeholders to ensure the delivered product captures the user goals set out at the beginning.
