Back to School with IBM Connections

Summer, as defined by school schedules, has generally come to an end and that means we kick start our IBM Connection Bootcamp series.  This fall we will be continuing on our trusty format of delivering business-focused bootcamps to help business and IT leaders build use cases, define ROI scenarios and have a little fun while learning how to build a social business using IBM Connections.  So what does this all entail?  Here’s an agenda:

  1. Light Breakfast
  2. IBM Connections Overview
  3. Social Business Gamification
  4. Social Governance
  5. Social Innovation
  6. Hands on lab
  7. Lunch
  8. More hands on lab and Q+A (optional)

We have a private instance of IBM Connections that everyone who attends will have access to and has the chance to not only collaborate on the day and location but you can connect and network with other like-minded socialites from our previous bootcamps in LA, Dallas, Chicago, Nashville, Cincinnati.

We will be bringing the IBM Connections bootcamps to the following cities:

  • Denver, CO – September 12
  • Charlotte, NC – September 19
  • Dallas, TX – September 26
  • St. Louis, MO – October 10
  • San Diego, CA – October 11
  • San Fransisco, CA October 18

They will be lead by myself and Michael Porter and we try to sneak some surprise guest speakers when we can and demo’s from some of the top Connections deployments.  What do you need to bring?

  • You
  • A few colleagues
  • Laptop or tablet
  • Desire to get social
  • Business Cases that you want to walk through
  • A few more colleagues

Additionally, each person or company that attends will be given a FREE 60 PoC of IBM Connections with Bunchball or Badgeville gamification.  So head over to Perficient.com/ibmsocialbiz to register and I will see you in one of the upcoming cities!  Missing YOUR city?  Tweet myself @jdistad or Mike or @porteronportal to get your city added.
