The Partner Alliance Manager role is focused on the stewardship of our OneStream partnership. Kelly joins our team with over a decade of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) experience and is excited to hit the ground running as a new member of the Perficient alliance team!

Building a Relationship Between Perficient and Our Partners
Question 1: What is your main responsibility within this role?
My main role is to build and nurture the Perficient – OneStream relationship through networking with the key players, building connections between their sellers and ours, and supporting our sales team with events, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to establish and maintain a positive image of the Perficient brand.
Question 2: How do you plan on applying your previous experience to this position?
My background is in recruiting and sales and I hold a degree in Psychology so, since day one, I have worked to develop and maintain relationships through my understanding of people and what motivates them.
I’ve also been in the CPM space for about ten years and have strong knowledge of the sales process and overall implementation layout for these solutions.
Altogether, this experience fits well with the alliance role and I continue to learn and develop my skills to better fit my team. I’ve made many connections over the years and hope to bring those relationships with me into Perficient as well as utilizing my people-driven skills to establish new connections with SMEs in the US and beyond.
Question 3: What are some of your main goals for growing and strengthening the Perficient and OneStream partnership?
My number one goal is to make Perficient the partner of choice for OneStream.
My hope is when there is a need for OneStream or any of the services and solutions Perficient offers, our clients and partners will think of us first and give us a seat at the table. Our professionalism and expertise sell themselves as I’ve seen through my first few months in this role. We are a team of intelligent and skillful professionals and I hope to make that known far beyond the Perficient family.
Question 4: What are you most excited about as the new OneStream Alliance Manager?
My favorite part of my sales and recruiting background is relationship building and I’m most excited to be able to focus on this as a career and further enhance my skills as a strong networker. I really enjoy the collaboration across the channels and see a world of possibility for new opportunities and success.
After stepping away from CPM for a few years, I’m also excited to be back in the room with the friends and family I know so well. I’m thrilled to support such a talented team in their successes and make a few new friends along the way.
Question 5: What is the best way sellers and consultants can engage with you?
Communication! Lean on me and if there’s something you need, let me know. I want to know how I can better support you. I’m here to help drive revenue and bring in more projects so include me in the conversations and utilize me as an additional resource.
I’m passionate about my role here and will work extremely hard to make sure we’re meeting our goals together, so let’s collaborate and know my door is always open for you.
