For the second year in a row, Perficient has won the prestigious Atlanta Journal-Constitution Atlanta Top Workplace award!
In November, Atlanta employees received a survey regarding different aspects of the office, including work environment, opportunity for career growth, and insight into leadership’s decision-making. Our employee’s feedback was so positive that Perficient was selected out of 3,200 companies to be one of the Top 175 Workplaces in Atlanta. In fact, Perficient was named #29 out of the 70 businesses in the Mid-Size Company group.
Although we were not able to celebrate in person, members of the Atlanta office met for a virtual happy hour that included a team scavenger hunt. Participants formed two teams, Red and Black, and searched their homes for different items, such as a book of stamps, their pet, and 6 ice cubes. The first member of each team to show the required item earned their team a point – the team with the most points wins. In the end, the Red team won!
Fun activities like this are just one of the many reasons Perficient is a Top Workplace in Atlanta. Our employees have kept office culture strong, even during the pandemic. During the work day, we stay connected using our Atlanta Teams channel. After work, we have found fun ways to maintain our camaraderie such as virtual wine tastings, virtual charcuterie board classes, and so much more.
While we cannot wait to be back in the office soon, and we know our colleagues will continue to make Perficient a top workplace in Atlanta for many years in the future!
