Recently the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC) transformed a traditional annual operating budget process into a more forward-looking, driver-based rolling forecast process. This innovative transition was accomplished through the implementation of a unique forecast model that uses Hyperion Planning with ASO integration.
To learn more about this new and innovative model, tune into my webinar on August 14th from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM CDT, hosted on the ODTUG website. In this session, we will review the details of the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center solution design that supports rolling forecast, target setting at higher levels, and bottoms-up annual operating budgets.
Additionally, this webinar will give you a greater understanding of best practices and dimension design (such as entities, measures, and attributes) that enable a more flexible user input and more efficient calculations.
