Roambi was clearly built to bring some of the cool factor of Apple products to BI…or maybe it was the other way around. The downloadable Analytics app for Apple iPad and iPhone may be solely focused on these two products for delivery, but is also able to connect to a variety of data sources, as well. This narrowed front-end focus may be precisely what differentiates their product. As a result, Roambi is able create a desirable user experience and excel in user adoption where others may struggle.
