Just in time for the Holiday’s, Microsoft announced that WSSv3 and MOSS Service Pack 1 are now available. I read that this update will also be available through Windows Update. This is an exciting release that fixes a laundry list of errors listed here. I am going to test the service packs this week and blog more about it later. At this point all I know is that you have to install the WSS version then the MOSS, no surprise there.
Please make sure that if you want to install these service packs to test them in your in your development and staging environments before you deploy to Production. Again, no surprises here.
