Perficient’s Minneapolis office has been named for the second consecutive year as a top place to work for in the Minneapolis Star Tribune’s Top Workplaces.
“We’re honored to be included in the Star Tribune Top Workplaces list,” said Art Quinn, Perficient’s Minneapolis General Manager. “This award can be attributed to our strong company culture. I believe our team members eagerly embrace the opportunities and projects with world class clients, all while working extremely hard and having a lot fun along the way.”
In 2016, the Star Tribune recognized 260 companies and organizations in Minnesota as top places to work. The recognition comes directly from employee’s answers to a survey provided by Star Tribune.
Located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, Perficient’s Minneapolis office capitalizes on the activity that the area has to offer to foster a culture of camaraderie and collaboration. Every member of the team has unique skills, talents and abilities, that are brought together to form a strong employee engagement committee. The team organizes and participates in office Olympics, community outreach programs, monthly employee meetings, and other fun activities coinciding with specific holidays.
“Our people are our greatest asset and we come together to deliver fantastic results for our clients and our local community,” Quinn said. “The culture that we build together enables us to bring our best every day, which is truly our secret ingredient to our continued success.”
Perficient was also honored as a Top Workplace by the Star Tribune in 2015, 2013 and 2012 and has received similar honors in the St. Louis, Denver and Chicago markets.
