Empowering the Next Generation of AI Leaders: Perficient’s Continued Partnership With the Mark Cuban Foundation
For the fifth consecutive year, Perficient proudly partnered with the Mark Cuban Foundation to host free AI Bootcamps for high school students, continuing our shared mission to make technology education accessible and impactful. These bootcamps, held over three Saturdays in November, offer students hands-on experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning, helping them build skills that will shape their futures.
Focused Impact in Three Key Cities
This year, we brought the transformative AI Bootcamp experience to students in Plano, St. Louis, and Minneapolis, deepening our commitment to communities where we live and work. More than 80 students participated in this immersive program, exploring real-world applications of AI and gaining exposure to ethical considerations like fairness, transparency, and accountability in technology.

Specialized Learning Tracks and Real-World Challenges
Students had the opportunity to choose from specialized AI tracks such as healthcare, business development, and sports science—allowing them to explore AI through the lens of their personal interests. The bootcamp culminated in group presentations where students showcased AI-based solutions to real-world problems, demonstrating creativity, collaboration, and a growing mastery of the technology
Mentorship That Makes a Difference
More than 20 Perficient colleagues volunteered as mentors, guiding students through technical concepts and soft skills like teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. These mentors shared their professional experiences, helping students understand how AI is used in industries ranging from digital strategy to healthcare innovation and beyond.
