Growth for Everyone is not a one-size-fits-all approach, but a flexible framework designed to encourage all colleagues to continue enhancing their skillsets to meet evolving business needs. Colleagues explore potential career journeys and outline next steps through our Career Paths resource, build skills at their own pace through our one-stop shop for on-demand learning, Perficient Academy, and gain quick leadership tips and advice by reading Leadership Corner. Updated monthly, Leadership Corner features topical videos and articles that colleagues can use to accelerate their career growth.

Programs like Learning to Lead and Consultant Curriculum offer cohort-based training for aspiring leaders and consultants, while Leading With Impact helps people leaders strengthen strategic capabilities and team relationships. 

For those who have completed Perficient’s professional development offerings and are ready to advance their growth, Perficient Elevate offers advanced training through on-demand modules and live sessions. Every other month, the program dives into new topics like conflict resolution, team building, and strategic communication—ensuring colleagues remain confident, capable, and ready to successfully lead their teams.

Learning to Lead: Building the Next Generation of People Leaders 

Leadership begins with curiosity, courage, and a commitment to growth. Perficient’s Learning to Lead program offers individuals a structured opportunity to explore the foundations of people leadership through six themed modules, monthly facilitated sessions, and hands-on assignments.  

Participants dedicate five hours each month to gain practical insights and build the mindset needed to take on increased leadership within their team. The latest cohort of Learning to Lead is currently underway, and we’re excited to share key learnings and success stories from this group later this year. This program is part of a broader commitment to Growth for Everyone, where every colleague has access to meaningful development opportunities that support their unique career journey.

Leading With Impact: Empowering People-First Leadership  

Successful leaders are built through experience, trying new approaches, and reflecting on progress. Perficient’s Leading With Impact program is a six-month development program for current leaders with direct reports designed to sharpen strategic problem solving and create a culture of people-first leadership.

Through live sessions, peer collaboration, and hands-on assignments, participants actively grow their leadership capabilities and learn to lead with clarity and purpose. Cross-cultural conversations add fresh perspectives, providing colleagues with new insights to bring back to their teams.
