With an impressive 16-year tenure at Perficient, including 14 years focused on Salesforce, Chelsea brings a wealth of experience to her role. When asked about specific Salesforce products or features she’s eager to explore, Chelsea highlights two cutting-edge technologies: “Data Cloud and Einstein AI are really the focus areas for a lot of people right now since they are new and have so much potential.” She’s keen to understand how these advancements can enhance business processes and bring value to Perficient’s clients.

Chelsea’s primary goal for Dreamforce is to return with renewed energy around Salesforce innovation.
