Thank you for joining me today, Michael. I’d love to hear more about your role as a senior project manager? How do you impact Perficient’s culture in this role?
As a senior project manager, I am responsible for the overall delivery of an engagement. This includes contractual deliverables, building customer relationships, and founding a strong team. This is specifically important with our core team culture.
Our culture puts people first above all things, regardless of whether it’s a client or Perficient employee.
My typical day involves a quick review of all deliverables, a discussion of risks and mitigation, and a meeting to review, correct issues and plan for the future.
What are the things you value most about working at Perficient?
The movie quote “Winners always want the ball” summarizes the attitude I have towards my role. I love to get things done and done well, helping others along the way if I can.
