Top Workplaces and Energage (a third-party survey) work together to gather feedback from participating company employees to determine winners. Surveys sent to employees measure 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization. Because of the positive feedback from our Southern California colleagues, we were able to claim this outstanding award.

We are continuously proud to be recognized as a people-first company that fosters building connections both in-and-out of the office. Our Southern California team is a close-knit group of driven, passionate, and dedicated colleagues. They have even been active in their community through numerous community service initiatives and helping out where they can. While supporting Second Harvest Food Bank, Children’s Hospital Orange County, and Orange County Rescue Mission (just to name a few) – our California team views these service efforts as ways to strengthen their bond as both colleagues and friends.
Although our offices are virtual for the time being, our Southern California colleagues are still celebrating this accomplishment. In the past, the team would get together outside of the office (usually at a local arcade – cool, right?) But for now, celebrating via a computer screen will do!
