OneStream Authorized Training

Onestream Training

We are a OneStream Authorized Training partner with state-of-the-art facilities in Houston, Texas, and expanding to other locations. Courses are delivered by our experts, who bring real-world OneStream project experience to the classroom. We train clients to use OneStream XF and provide advanced-level training to the OneStream partner community.

“Instructor provided many real-world examples that made the lessons clear and understandable.”

There are three different training options: Public Instructor-Led training, Private Instructor-Led Training, and Customer End-User Training.

Public Instructor-Led Training

We deliver a range of public instructor-led training for administrators new to OneStream or end users who have the basics down and are looking to broaden their skill set in financial modeling or account reconciliations. To view full course outlines and register for training, see the class schedule on OneStream’s website. Due to Covid-19, classes are currently delivered virtually, with in-person classes resuming as soon as it is safe to do so.

All of these courses meet the criteria for continuing professional education (CPE) credits:

Application Build for Administrators – This four-day course focuses on building a simple application from scratch. The goal is to create a foundational knowledge of most OneStream XF features.

Who Should Attend: Recommended for all administrators and is a required prerequisite for all Level 2 courses.

Power User Reporting – This introductory two-day course highlights the main reporting concepts in OneStream XF. The curriculum covers Cube View functionality and design for grid analysis and reporting, the building blocks of Dashboard Maintenance Units, and spreadsheet/Excel add-in features such as quick views and retrieve functions.

Who Should Attend: Recommended for report designers and is a required prerequisite for the Level 2 reporting class.

Level 2 Financial Model Rules – This two-day course covers the Business Rules that students need to implement OneStream XF. The focus is on the rules needed to create a functioning financial model, but other areas are covered.

Who Should Attend: Only expert administrators who will write rules or advanced implementation services professionals should attend.

Prerequisite: Must have attended Application Build for Administrators or Application Build for Consultants.

Level 2 Account Reconciliations -This two-day course covers how to set up the Account Reconciliation Manager MarketPlace Solution and implement Account Reconciliations in an existing Application. We focus on configuring the solution’s Settings, Account Lists, Reconciliation Inventory, Account Groups, Excel Templates, Balance Checks, and Security. At the end of this course, students will understand how to configure the solution and the different ways it can be designed for their business/client.

Who Should Attend: Application administrators

Prerequisite: Must have attended Application Build for Administrators or Application Build for Consultants.

Private Instructor-Led Training

If you are unable to find a course on the public schedule that meets your company’s needs, or if you have several students in need of training and prefer a course when it’s convenient for you, private training is a great option. We can deliver OneStream courses as a private virtual event or onsite*. To schedule private training, contact your Perficient account executive.

Custom End-User Training

One size doesn’t always fit all. In that instance, custom end-user training might be right for you. Content is developed on your OneStream application and data, meaning courses are geared to your end-users. Deliverables include editable presentation material and exercise guides. With content recorded for future use, it’s a one-time investment that pays dividends over time as your team grows.

In addition to being a OneStream Authorized Partner, we announced that Perficient reached OneStream Diamond Partner Status in January of this year. With that new status comes many perks, like offering these great hands-on courses, and we’re so excited to continue to grow our relationship with OneStream.
