This new tool is designed to help sourcing, procurement, and vendor management leaders create a shortlist of providers that meet their unique needs.
With the evolution of Oracle’s partner program over the past few years, partners are focused on delivery excellence and client satisfaction more than ever before. Oracle completely revamped the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN). The short-lived Cloud Excellence Implementer (CEI) program, introduced at Oracle OpenWorld 2017, was intended to differentiate partners within OPN that have expertise implementing successful Oracle Cloud solutions. That program helped establish the foundation for today’s Modernized OPN program introduced last year. This cloud-first program has customer success at its core.
With all these changes, it can be a challenge for organizations to narrow the list of Oracle Application service providers. The new report published by Gartner is a resource for companies who want to identify and compare multiple vendors based on certain criteria. It provides a list of 171 vendors with Oracle applications services known to Gartner, 46 of which have detailed capabilities included.
