What has made Perficient more of a home for me, rather than just a place where I work, are my colleagues – many of whom are my best friends. We have the ability to speak openly in this environment. Sometimes that means you have to give constructive criticism as well.
We always try and ask ourselves, “What can we do to improve the business processes for our customers and challenge our customers beyond standard system configuration.” No matter what success we have had, how can we do better?
Everyone is very accountable at Perficient and I don’t think it could be any other way in professional services. This mentality really supports our goals.
