6 Sitecore Video Channels to Follow in 2019

Everyone has their own favorite learning style. For those of us who are visual learners, there are a few good YouTube channels available to help explain the various features and functions of Sitecore.
Here are a few of my favorites:

Official Sitecore YouTube Channel

Sitecore’s official channel features a good variety of general Sitecore knowledge. The site is primarily geared towards showcasing the platform and its capabilities at a high level. It does this through digital case studies, and videos/keynotes taken from official Sitecore events like Sitecore Symposium.

Master Sitecore

Master Sitecore is the technical counterpart to Sitecore’s official channel. It offers playlists of short tutorials and walkthroughs around SXA, Sitecore Experience Commerce, Sitecore JSS, and Architecture and Scaling. These videos are geared towards a more technical audience.

Short, unofficial, ad-hoc, Sitecore SXA tutorials

This channel is maintained by Sitecore Experience Accelerator enthusiasts. It offers short how-to videos on using the Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA), and is geared towards a less technical audience. Topics covered include basics on rendering variants, working inside the responsive grid and how SXA themes are structured and inherited.

Unofficial Sitecore Marketing Tutorials

This channel is relatively new and provides ‘tips and tricks’. It features videos around setting up a basic content test, setting up a basic marketing automation scenario in Sitecore 9 and using Powershell to bulk create items and users for testing purposes.

Perficient Digital

It would be very remiss of me to not include our own Perficient Digital channel. This channel gives you a peek at what we’re doing across the agency and also includes great Sitecore content as well. Two great examples are:

I hope you have found my quick tour through a few of the free online video resources available for Sitecore informative and have subscribed to a some (or all) of them. Do you have any go to video resources you enjoy watching? Drop them in the comments below.
