I’ve had many conversations with all levels of users, developers and managers working with Oracle software while at Perficient’s booth #716 here at #Collaborate15 this week. I always love meeting with people and hearing about how they are using systems, how they approach problems and new projects and discussing solutions with them.
Yesterday, I had a conversation with a Siebel developer from an organization that recently executed their own Siebel 7.8 to 8.1.1.14 upgrade and the common challenges that they fought through; challenges that we’ve learned to avoid through our dozens of upgrades. I’ve also spoken with multiple organizations that have big plans for CRM and customer experience in the next year. With a load of great sessions and information here at #Collaborate15 all of the attendees should gain some tools, partners, and knowledge to help them achieve great things.
