I recently polled our expert consultants to find out which apps on the Salesforce AppExchange they use to facilitate customer implementations. To my surprise, a definitive pattern of favorite apps emerged. So, I thought I would share them with you. What follows is the first group of five. I’ll post some more favorites apps in the weeks ahead.
- Informatica Cloud Salesforce Integration: Used extensively for implementations requiring different types of data migrations and integrations. Highly recommended!
- DocuSign: A must have for certain Salesforce users in certain industries (i.e., Healthcare, Legal and FinServ.) Allows users to send contracts for eSignatures from Salesforce.
- Conga: Utilized by consultants to merge data in Salesforce with Microsoft Office; create robust scheduling tools and reports in Salesforce; and, to generate simple solutions for complex contracts and award letters.
- DemandTools: A commonly used app for data manipulations and cleansing.
- FormAssembly: Consultants use frequently to design and build complex web forms that connect with Salesforce and allow attachments, dynamically display fields and route data to multiple standard and custom objects without the use of code.
I’ve been using Conga quite a lot lately, good choice!
Thanks! What else do you use?
