While at EMC World earlier this month, EMC announced the winners of its Partner Innovation Awards. These awards recognize partners for excellence and innovation in solution development, design integration, and best practices for implementation and deployment of a solution that serves our mutual customers. TriTek Solutions, now Perficient, was the proud recipient of EMC’s Outstanding Industry Solution in Financial Services award for their TrexCP transaction processing framework, built on top of EMC’s Documentum xCP platform. TrexCP provides custom processing capabilities, a highly configurable user-friendly interface, and a powerful background framework designed to meet the common needs across varied BPM implementations.
A traditional loan processing model is a highly manual and paper-based process for banks and prevents lenders from implementing rules-based workflows to achieve consistency in applying account and loan servicing guidelines. Our financial services customers know first-hand the improved efficiencies tightly integrated solutions offer. The ability to save time and money implementing a customized BPM solution like TrexCP, by capitalizing on EMC’s existing software base, allows financial institutions to focus on shortening loan processing cycle times, increasing productivity, and lowering costs.

In other news, last week Perficient was named Microsoft’s 2013 US Partner of the Year. This award recognizes Perficient for delivering innovative technology solutions across all industry verticals and the entire Microsoft product stack. I’d encourage you to read our Microsoft team’s blog highlighting the honors bestowed upon them. Here’s an excerpt from the Perficient press release which you can read in its entirety here:
“This recognition highlights the incredible talent and expertise we have on our team, Perficient’s commitment to the Microsoft partnership, and the pride we take in helping clients realize enhanced productivity, communications and business growth through the use of innovative Microsoft technology solutions,” said Jeffrey Davis, Perficient’s chief executive officer and president. “We already are extremely proud to be included among an elite group of NSI partners, and to be named the U.S. Partner of the Year is an even bigger accomplishment and incredible honor to receive.”
Highlights of Microsoft financial services client solutions we delivered this year include:
- Enterprise Architecture & Management Consulting – Green Dot Corporation has moved aggressively into the mobile banking space with the launch of GoBank scheduled for July 4. Faced with significant growth and new product developments, Green Dot realized its existing technical infrastructure needed to scale to support increased product demands. Perficient not only provided CIO leadership and and risk assessment services, but implemented real-time system monitoring tools, including Microsoft System Center, SQL database applications and a new SOA governance and management approach.
- SharePoint 2013 Implementation – An international financial and professional services firm specializing in real estate services and investment management recognized changes in use patterns on its public website, and sought to find a platform that would deliver the right content to an increasingly mobile and discerning user base. Perficient created a SharePoint 2013 website targeted to a specific property market in order to assess its new web content management features, such as search, user segmentation, and mobile device support.
We’d like to congratulate both teams and look forward to continuing to help our clients solve their business problems leveraging our growing partner network and technology portfolio. These awards serve as a great reminder as to why thetop financial institutions turn to Perficient as their technology partner of choice – because of our solid relationships with the world’s leading technology innovators.
