Among many excellent sessions at this year’s SharePoint Fest Chicago, Perficient colleague and Microsoft MVP David Greve presented “Office 365 Integration Options.” As Director of Office 365 at Perficient, and co-author of “Microsoft Office 365: Exchange Online Implementation and Migration,” David has a wealth of knowledge and experience around Office 365, and he shared that expertise in his session.
During the presentation, David gave an overview of Office 365, explaining what it is exactly, its key features, benefits, and whether it could be a fit for your organization. He then gave pros and cons for each of the integration options: no integration, directory integration, and Active Directory authentication. Along with each integration option, David went through a demo to show attendees exactly what this option looked like within a portal.
