Our Atlanta team has a very rich culture and amazing employees. The team can be described as “down for anything”, if anyone has any ideas on unique ways to bring people together, this group is on board. Culture is important to this team; the atmosphere in the office is vibrant, and the
collaborative spirit among colleagues makes every day enjoyable. The new Atlanta General Manager Joseph Willet has a rich history with Perficient and in his new capacity, he is responsible for leading Perficient’s expansion in the Atlanta market and ensuring exceptional service to our local clients. In the last year, the office has been named a top workplace by the Atlanta-Journal Constitution, an award voted on by employees. Perficient was 1 of only 175 companies in Atlanta to be recognized, furthering testament to our company’s incredible culture.

The city is also home to many beautiful parks, such as Piedmont Park and the Atlanta Botanical Garden, which can offer a great escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. Additionally, Atlanta is known for its diverse neighborhoods, each with its own unique character and vibe. From the trendy and upscale Buckhead to the artsy and eclectic Little Five Points, there is something for everyone in Atlanta. Many Perficient employees enjoy catching a live show on the weekends or catching an Atlanta United game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

The RioBotz team‘s collaboration with Perficient resulted in the creation of the Minotaur bot. Perficient’s partnerships with notable PGA and LPGA golfers, as well as successful teams like the St. Louis Cardinals and Dallas Mavericks, reflect the company’s dedication to fostering growth and achievement across all areas.
5. Community Engagement
Our colleagues at Perficient truly value giving back to the communities in which we live and work. When considering the number of colleagues our growing organization has, it was no surprise when we decided to develop our Perficient Giving Employee Resource Group (ERG). Earlier this year our Atlanta Giving ERG sponsored a dinner with members and staff of Extra Special People (ESP). Back in 2022, the Atlanta team partnered with CURE Childhood Cancer to give two incredible kids the chance to interact and get involved with their favorite soccer team, Atlanta United.
Most recently, our Atlanta office donated 250 pounds of food to Feeding America during Hunger Action Month (HAM), collecting the most out of any office in the country. In addition to holding a food drive, the team hosted a special event at the end of HAM to celebrate their collective efforts where colleagues who had donated at least five pounds of food got to pie a director of their choice in the face. A theme that rings true throughout all Perficient, not just our Atlanta office, is our love for giving back to our local community and getting involved.
