Meet Our Newest Team Member Kyla Faust
Our Partner Alliance team is growing, and we’re excited to introduce the newest member, Kyla Faust!
With experience in sales and partnerships/alliances, Kyla is using her knowledge and skills to build relationships with her partners here at Perficient. This will result in powerful partnerships to ultimately work better together!
What is your overall goal as the new Alliance Lead? How do you plan to achieve that goal?
My overall goal as the new Coveo and Databricks Alliance Manager is to build and work on the relationships with these data partners that we have currently with them. I would create, develop, and maintain relationships that include “Sell With” strategies, GTM, strategic plans and actions with key Alliance Partners and their organizations.
What is your main responsibility within this role?
I will be the main point of contact and liaison for my partners. I want to bridge any gaps they or us may be experiencing to create and strengthen the partnership and relationship to make business more streamlined for everyone, and to drive revenue and growth.
How do you plan to promote Perficient and our partnership with Coveo and Databricks?
I plan to promote Perficient and our partnerships with the partners that I cover by educating not only their teams on the importance of the partnership and relationship, but also to educate our teams and folks on the Perficient side as well. I believe that participating in roadshows, marketing activities, events, campaigns, and other exercises will be beneficial to showcase how Perficient and the partners work “better together”.
What are you most excited about as the new Data Alliance Manager?
I enjoy the overall collaboration across the channels and teams to create new opportunities. I am also excited to start learning more about the technologies of the partners that I am covering, meeting new people both internally and partner contacts, and building long-lasting relationships.
Do you have any advice for our consultants and sellers?
Loop me in on everything and anything partner related, I am here to help with it all! If I don’t have an answer, I can find it for you and make sure you get what is needed. Communication is key. Reach out early and often and think of me as an extension to your team / an additional resource to help drive revenue and bring in more projects.
