I recently connected with one of our senior solutions architects, Sean Hunt, to discuss what it takes to exceed our healthcare clients’ expectations. We also discussed the things Sean values most about his role, his team, and his company. I loved hearing about how our people influenced Sean’s decision to choose a career at Perficient, and I’m sure you will too.
Thank you for joining me today, Sean. I’d love to kick off with hearing more about your role. What keeps you motivated in this role?
I am a senior solutions architect. In this role, I wear many hats. These include:
- Leading large programs
- Management consulting
- Assisting clients with business architecture roadmaps
- Business development
- Pre-sales
I have a passion for working with our healthcare clients and exceeding their expectations. I love the people and the talent at Perficient, and I’m always looking for new members to add to our team.
Currently, I’m working on a pharmacy benefit management migration for a large US payer client. This project shortly followed the completion of a three-month business capabilities assessment. When needed, I also provide pre-sales support given my legacy consulting background in sales and delivery.

What made you decide to work for Perficient?
Fifteen years ago, I almost joined Perficient, but it wasn’t the right time in my life. I later had a discussion with a colleague of mine who sits on the board.

Culture is one of the reasons I chose to come to Perficient. I have worked in organizations where they preach culture but do not practice it.
