We are excited to welcome Katrin Tobin to Perficient as the Oracle and Kyriba Partner Alliance Manager!
The Partner Alliance Manager role is focused on the stewardship of our Oracle and Kyriba partnerships. Kaitrin joins our team with first-hand experience from her time at Oracle and is excited to hit the ground running at Perficient.

Question 1. What is your overall goal as the new Oracle and Kyriba Alliance Lead? How do you plan to achieve that goal?
Oracle: My goal is to strengthen the partner relationship between Perficient and Oracle to drive mutually beneficial growth. Both companies are experiencing exponential growth and I hope to increase connections between these two companies to create more opportunities for collaboration.
Kyriba: Kyriba is a powerful solution that offers a significant amount of value to Perficient. As a result, my goal is to drive growth in 2022 and beyond by ensuring our sales teams and strategies are appropriately aligned. I want to increase the visibility of Kyriba throughout Perficient and ensure that we are proactively working with Kyriba to find business opportunities and create growth for both companies.
Question 2. What is your main responsibility within this role?
Oracle: My responsibility is to facilitate discussions between both companies and identify opportunities for Perficient to work with Oracle. By working with Oracle Alliance Directors and sales leadership, I intend to increase awareness of Perficient’s work within the ERP, EPM, SCM, and Analytics space.
Kyriba: My primary responsibilities are regularly meeting with the Kyriba Alliance Manager to make sure that both Perficient and Kyriba are in alignment on goals and strategy. I also facilitate introductions between the Kyriba and Perficient sales teams and help to track account and territory planning.
Question 3. How do you plan to promote Perficient and our partnership with Oracle and Kyriba?
My plan to promote Perficient and both our partnerships is twofold:
Oracle: First, I plan on re-introducing Perficient as a premier partner to Oracle and ensuring that our relationships with key industries at Oracle are as strong as possible.
Second, I want to bring awareness to the work that we have already done with Oracle to help promote our brand and bring attention to our existing projects.
Kyriba: First, I plan to raise awareness of our partnership and the value it brings our sellers by increasing territory and account planning sessions with the Kyriba sales teams.
Second, I want to promote Kyriba’s solution offerings and capabilities with Perficient as a whole, so that our sales organizations and practices understand the value that Kyriba can bring to our organization.
Question 4. What are you most excited about as the new Oracle and Kyriba Alliance Manager?
I’m excited to help bring awareness to a company as exciting as Perficient! Before this role, I was familiar with Perficient and the work that we do here, and now that I am here, I’m excited to promote all of the fantastic work our sellers and consultants do.
Question 5. Do you have any advice for our consultants and sellers?
Please don’t be a stranger! I’m here to help you sell and complete projects, please come to me with any ideas or any projects you need help with.
