Describe your job. How do you make a difference in our clients’ lives?
As a project manager, I am the daily face of Perficient. I work with our retail clients and my team to implement back-end order management software. Additionally, we consult with clients to address their pain points and help their online business thrive.
What is some career advice that has helped you?
Be a good listener and know your audience. If you are a good listener, you can better understand the individual’s point of view which will enable you to help from that vantage point.
What is your favorite Perficient Value and why?
Collaboration – I love working with a team of innovators who think out of the box, listen to each other’s point of view, and are committed to our collective success.
What is your favorite Perficient memory so far?
My very first week at Perficient was onsite with a client for a kickoff. I hadn’t even met anyone from Perficient, so I requested that the Perficient folks meet in the lobby of the hotel to familiarize myself with everyone. Once we were onsite at the client’s offices, I knew who was on my team and who was a client!
Who is someone you admire and why?
It’s not an individual person. I admire people who have confidence and then take action.
What inspires you to give your best each day?
Broken record alert – my team inspires me. I have yet to work with anybody at Perficient who wasn’t supportive of differing thoughts and understanding of a challenging situation. The same can be said for my client teams, as well. It all goes back to our Core Value of Collaboration!
