Social Media Helps Colleagues Inspire Kindness All Around the World
The main goal of this campaign is to inspire others, and our socially-savvy colleagues turned to the virtual world to solicit ideas for how to give back, show support for their favorite nonprofit, and bring attention to causes that are important for them. You can see more examples by following the hashtag #PRFTDifference.
@Perficient is doing something pretty cool – giving every employee $100 to invest in the charity of their choice. That adds up to almost $500K! I did mine 🙂 More: https://t.co/K7opcfTbHF #prftdifference #GivingTuesday pic.twitter.com/kYyMZLApXe

😍 Matt’s employer, @Perficient, generously gave all 5,000 of their employees $100 to make a difference this holiday season. Matt instantly knew that he wanted to use his gift to help an animal find their fur-ever home.

The greatest impact comes from the spirit of this campaign, inspiring kindness. And as our friend Matthew Wolff states, “A little kindness goes a long way.”
Now, how will you make a December Difference?
Perficient are big believers in giving back to the communities in which we live and work, and we have the opportunity to empower our colleagues to pay it forward and spread some much-needed joy. It’s our hope that these single acts of giving and gratitude leave individual marks on the communities in which we live and work. Together, we have an opportunity to make a global impact.
