Dell Boomi Enhances its Enterprise Portfolio

Did you get a chance to attend, or check out the exciting things that happened at Boomi World 18 last week? During the national event, Dell Boomi announced in a press release that latest additions to its integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) for today’s enterprise. Dell Boomi offers a unified platform with built-in data quality and connectivity across the enterprise —from people, applications and databases to devices and things—Boomi helps define the iPaaS industry today. While there were several highlights of Dell Boomi’s capabilities geared toward the enterprise in the press release, one in particular stood out for Perficient. Boomi announced that they would be partnering with Pivotal to offer customers faster deployment of the Boomi iPaaS, with deployment options available for Pivotal Kubernetes and Pivotal Application Services environments (PKS/PAS) from the Pivotal Cloud Foundry marketplace. Perficient’s general manager of our cloud platform solutions group, Vishal Rajpal, was able to give more insight on how these enhanced capabilities impact enterprises:
