When I speak to my clients, they mainly focus on the following channels: web, mobile, social. A few look at some other channels but I think it’s important to keep in mind that Digital Transformation should take into account all digital channels. So what is a digital channel? It’s any interaction you have with a potential or existing customer via an electronic tool of some sort. Lately, that’s starting to get fuzzy. Just look at the First Look for Nintendo Switch. It blurs how and where you interact with them.
So what point am I trying to make? It’s simple, keep an open mind on where you would best interact with your customers (potential or existing) and ensure you can interact with them.
