At the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference 2016, Perficient was awarded Microsoft’s East Region National Solution Provider (NSP) Partner of the Year and Cloud Partner of the Year, Central Region NSP Partner of the Year, and West Region NSP Partner of the Year – all for the second year in a row. This blog series takes a look at our recent Microsoft implementations in each region that helped us achieve these honors.
Central Region
Perficient’s commitment to digital transformation was key to our successful migrations in this region. We recognize the difficulty of working with disparate systems, and we strive to make the systems integration process as smooth as possible.
Our team led successful implementations across a variety of industries in the Central Region, including manufacturing, consumer products, and healthcare. Read on for some of the highlights:
Manufacturing Company
An automotive components manufacturer was looking to modernize their communications and collaboration infrastructure with Office 365. A legacy Notes customer, the company realized the
value of the Microsoft cloud and the power of the modern collaboration tools that Office 365 provided. They engaged Perficient based upon our strong experience with Notes migrations and our tight alignment with Binary Tree. Perficient quickly moved users to Office 365 and continued with migration efforts to ensure all 13,500 of the company’s users are flawlessly moved to the both Exchange and Skype for Business.
Healthcare Company
A healthcare company originally had 12 email environments – 11 from acquisitions, including two Notes environments. They wanted to move into their own domain and tenant, so they approached Perficient about architecting that migration and developing a turn-key process for the migrations to Office 365 Exchange. Perficient will be engaged with the company for the next few years as we complete this massive migration and consolidation. Additional workloads are roadmapped to fully utilize the Office 365 suite and additional Azure cloud apps.
