Webinar on Microsoft Lync: Integrating with (or Replacing) Cisco

If your organization is struggling to make Lync work with your existing investments in legacy Cisco IP telephony, join us for a webinar on Thursday, June 13. The presentation will cover the best ways to leverage Lync in addition to an existing Cisco infrastructure.lync
During the session, Matt McGillen, Director of Infrastructure at Perficient, will share best practices and recommendations for getting the most out of Lync. Matt has years of integration experience with Microsoft UC and Cisco, and based on his experiences, will give attendees clear ideas of what works – and what doesn’t.
The webinar will kick off with a brief review of Lync Voice capabilities, followed by common integration methods for Lync and Cisco, and a look at SIP integration as well. Next, Matt will discuss how to manage an integrated environment, covering quality of service (QoS) and call admission control (CAC).
In the meantime, to learn more about Microsoft Lync, check out Matt’s blog posts. He’s recently written several in depth posts on the topic, including Lync accessibility across disparate devices and the use of Lync for video calling.
Perficient is one of only 2 Lync Partners in the US with multiple Microsoft Certified Masters (MCM’s) on staff. Perficient is also one of only 15 US based Microsoft Voice Specialized Partner and Premier Support Lync Partner.
